Rooted In Family Values, The Planted Seed That Started It All
Our owners, Bob and Amy Freshman, have family roots that run deep here. Fresh Catering was born at what was then known as "The Ridge Banquet Facility."
Today, you might recognize that name to be now "A Venue On the Ridge."
Excelling with their In-House catering business, the opportunity later came to buy the entire building. When they did, Bob and Amy continued doing what they love most...which is catering!
To this day, the owners are still the ones in the kitchen the morning of your event making your menu from scratch, just as they did years before. Fresh Catering provides wonderful, in-house & out-house catering with custom menus to fit any palate. We also provide all of the staffing, linens, and serve ware for your event so you can wonder..."why didn't we do this sooner?"
